Thank you for choosing our Services. Please read this VIP Subscription Terms and Conditions (hereinafter - “Subscription Terms”) carefully before purchasing VIP Subscription on this Site.
These Subscription Terms are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Subscription Terms have the meaning provided in the Terms.
In addition to the Credits purchase options stipulated by the Terms, you can purchase a unique monthly VIP Subscription which get you a list of additional benefits and features on the Site including but not limited to:
- VIP offline events¹
- 100% verified ladies’ gallery access²
- VIP ladies' private photos & videos
- Chats with VIP ladies
- Private members’ club for men access³
- Extended No Scam security level
- Personalized privileges and offers
¹Agenda, dates and number of events, as well as any other respective terms of their holding are subject to Company discretion and shall be communicated via the Site or email.
²Subject to the Terms of Use of the Site.
³Means the access to particular sections of the Site (“Blog”). Other sections may be added in future by sole discretion of the Company.
Monthly Subscription
By purchasing a VIP Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the then-current monthly subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your monthly subscription below at the Section "Cancellation Policy".
Automatic monthly renewal terms
Once you subscribe, we will automatically process your monthly subscription fee in the next billing cycle. We will continue to automatically process your monthly subscription fee each month at the then-current monthly subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription.
We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing, in particular, if your payment method has not successfully settled or there are unforeseen delays that hinder our ability to provide the Services or there are changes to your Subscription.
Please note that in case of an unsuccessful monthly subscription charge, the next try will be performed the next day automatically for the three (3) consecutive days. If the subscription charge is still unsuccessful, the next try will be performed only after thirty (30) days.
VIP subscription option applies on a per card basis only, i.e. it will not automatically apply to your other cards used in the Service.
Changes to Subscriptions
We may change subscription terms or monthly subscription fees at any time on a go forward basis in our sole discretion. If the pricing for your subscription increases, we will notify you and provide you an opportunity to cancel or change your subscription before applying those changes to your account or charging you in connection with an automatic renewal. We may choose in our sole discretion to add, modify, or remove benefits and features from a subscription or Service on a temporary or permanent basis. If you do not wish to continue subscribing with the new modifications, you may cancel your subscription. Your failure to cancel or your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective will constitute your acceptance of the changes. If you accept the new subscription, its terms and conditions will apply for that renewal and all renewals going forward.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by making a request to our authorized support via the following web page: primedating.com/help-center.
Please choose a Subject “Profile and Subscription” to cancel your subscription in the shortest time.
If you cancel your monthly subscription, the cancellation will take effect for your next VIP Subscription monthly billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund of monthly subscription fees paid prior to the month in which the cancellation takes effect, except as stated in these Subscription Terms.

If you cancel your VIP Subscription you can re-subscribe any time later.
As our Services can be used without a subscription, a Member profile is not deleted from our Services when you cancel the subscription.
Refund Policy
Generally, all purchases are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds.
Special terms for refunds apply in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland.
In accordance with local law, you are entitled to a pro rata refund during the 14 days after the subscription begins (“right to withhold”). The 14-day time period starts on the date you receive an email confirming your subscription is active. If you exercise this right, we will partially refund the subscription fees you have paid and your account will downgrade to the Standard Membership.
After the 14 days have expired, the payments for Subscription are non-refundable.
For VIP members residing in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin:
Right to Cancel - you have the right to cancel your subscription without incurring any penalties or obligations until 00:00 of the third business day after the date of the subscription.
After the 3-day cancellation period, you are entitled to a refund in case of the cancellation subject to loss of legal capacity and therefore ability to use the Services, on a pro-rata basis provided that you have notified Us in accordance with the procedure established for refunds described below.
Your account will downgrade to Standard Membership.
How to Exercise this Right
You must exercise this right of cancellation by sending a written notice of cancellation in one of two (2) ways: email us to [email protected], or fill out our cancellation form.
Please provide us with the following information:
- Your account username;
- Your country;
- That you want to cancel your subscription under this cancellation policy.
If you use our cancellation form, please choose a Subject “Profile and Subscription” to proceed with a refund in the shortest time.
Except in the case of a cancellation due to loss of legal capacity and therefore inability to use the Services as described above, you are not required to provide a reason for cancellation, but we’d be interested in hearing why so we can make improvements.
If you sent us notice within the applicable time frame, your subscription payment will be reimbursed within 14 days of sending the notice of cancellation.
